1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ljbdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ljbdt website located at https://ljbdt.app, including all associated services, features, games, and betting markets offered thereon.

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the ljbdt platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing this platform of your own free will and are solely responsible for assessing the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited on the platform.

ljbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the platform. Continued use of ljbdt following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ljbdt platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on ljbdt. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. ljbdt employs a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process which includes age verification as a mandatory component. Any account where the registered holder is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to the originating payment method; however, any winnings accrued will be forfeited in their entirety. ljbdt will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from access by a minor where false information was provided during registration.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ljbdt platform. Duplicate accounts, household accounts (multiple accounts operated from the same household or IP address without prior written consent from ljbdt), and accounts registered using false or third-party identity information are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, ljbdt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold bonus balances. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts may also be voided at ljbdt's sole discretion.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The ljbdt platform is operated for players internationally. It is the player's personal responsibility to ensure that participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws of their country, state, or territory of residence. ljbdt does not provide legal advice. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services on ljbdt — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3.2 KYC Identity Verification

ljbdt applies KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. Identity verification is mandatory before a player may process their first withdrawal, and may additionally be triggered at any time at ljbdt's discretion. You may be requested to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID such as a national identity card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days, clearly displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used to deposit funds.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of your account pending verification.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ljbdt account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Allow any other individual to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• Access or attempt to access any other player's account.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ljbdt support immediately by contacting [email protected]. ljbdt will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ljbdt currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

All transactions on the ljbdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad; ৳300 for Rocket and Upay. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed in real time for all supported mobile financial service providers. ljbdt does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ljbdt bears no responsibility. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the originating account less any applicable transaction costs, and may trigger a KYC review.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours, typically within 30 minutes for mobile financial service withdrawals once KYC verification has been completed. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. ljbdt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds before processing. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name. Cash-out requests to unverified third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ljbdt maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that raises suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be flagged for investigation. ljbdt reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, request additional documentation, or report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players must not use the ljbdt platform for any purpose other than genuine entertainment gaming and sports betting.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ljbdt offers a range of bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal campaign rewards to registered players throughout the year, including promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as local occasions including Eid ul-Fitr, Durga Puja, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which should be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a ljbdt account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's own terms. Wagering is typically calculated as (Bonus Amount × Wagering Multiplier). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or withdrawn directly as cash.
• ljbdt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the player meeting the qualifying conditions.
• If ljbdt determines that a player has abused the bonus system — including by registering multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus offers, or providing false information — all bonuses will be voided and the account may be closed.
• Certain game categories, including live casino tables above specific stake limits and some jackpot slots, may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations. Contribution rates per game type are published in the promotion-specific terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the ljbdt platform are final once confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to review the details of each bet — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. ljbdt will not reverse or amend confirmed bets due to player error. The platform reserves the right to void bets that are placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from system errors or data feed failures.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

ljbdt's sports betting markets, including cricket markets for the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, and bilateral international series, are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In general:

• Bets on matches abandoned or not completed within the terms of the relevant sport's governing rules will be settled according to the applicable sport rule.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended or voided in the event of significant incidents, interruptions, or technical issues during the event.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed in the relevant market at the time of placing the bet.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on ljbdt are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by our third-party game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. ljbdt does not control game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on the player's device and the result recorded on the game provider's server, the server result shall be deemed definitive.

6.4 System Errors and Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ljbdt reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. No payout will be issued for outcomes generated as a result of a technical error. ljbdt will make all reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and to communicate with affected players in a timely manner.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ljbdt platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of bets and balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that gains an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or tournament results.
• Match fixing or any form of sports manipulation, including placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.
• Impersonating ljbdt staff, other players, or any third party in communications on or related to the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the ljbdt platform, its servers, databases, or administrative systems.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at ljbdt staff or other members of the platform community.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ljbdt account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, we strongly encourage you to activate the self-exclusion feature in your account settings prior to requesting closure. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by ljbdt

ljbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring the platform to restrict the player's access.

Where an account is closed by ljbdt due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation where fraud or money laundering is suspected. ljbdt will communicate the reason for closure to the player where it is legally permissible and operationally appropriate to do so.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ljbdt will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected]. ljbdt reserves the right to close accounts that have been dormant for 36 consecutive months, returning any remaining real-money balance to the last verified payment method on record.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The ljbdt platform and all content, services, and features available thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ljbdt disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ljbdt shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. In any event, ljbdt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling involves financial risk. By using the ljbdt platform you acknowledge that you may lose the funds you deposit, and you agree that ljbdt bears no liability for any such losses. Please gamble responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ljbdt holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact ljbdt's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of at least 14 days for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. The majority of account and payment disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for escalation.

If you remain dissatisfied following the internal resolution process, you may escalate your complaint via the formal dispute mechanism provided by ljbdt's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation route will be provided upon request by our support team.
